The Concierge will support guests at Hôtel Barrière Le Normandy Deauville by organizing activities and transportation, managing guest requests and itineraries, monitoring hotel operations in an IT tool, handling complaints, and coordinating luggage and vehicle flow. The role requires a tourism, hotel, or concierge qualification, at least three years of experience, professional English, and the ability to supervise a team. It is available as an additional support role during the American Film Festival and requires immediate availability.
