Description
The Concierge will provide personalized guest services at Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa, including booking and reconfirming airline tickets, arranging restaurant reservations and limousines, delivering parcels and special deliveries, maintaining lobby cleanliness, setting up amenities and special packages, coordinating with hotel departments, and handling special requests such as flowers, telegrams, rental cars, luggage forwarding, and private cars. The role requires previous luxury hotel experience, flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, physical stamina, strong customer service and organizational skills, local-area knowledge, and familiarity with property management systems and Microsoft Office.
