Maplewood Senior Living is hiring a part-time Concierge in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts, for weekend and evening shifts at $18–$19 per hour. The role serves as the community’s first point of contact, greeting residents, families, and guests; answering and routing calls; screening visitors; processing mail; maintaining emergency and resident contact information; handling office supplies and clerical work; paging staff; taking RSVPs; coordinating transportation sign-ups; and passing maintenance requests to maintenance. A high school diploma, interpersonal and communication skills, organizational ability, word-processing and clerical skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency are required; prior experience in a medical office environment is preferred.
