Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is hiring a Concourse Experience Manager to oversee the overall operations and atmosphere of its concourse, including bowling, bar, and lane service. The role is responsible for meeting sales goals, resolving guest-experience issues, maintaining cleanliness and compliance, training team members, and acting as manager on duty when needed. Candidates should have 1–2 years of management experience, a friendly and professional demeanor, and hospitality or food-and-beverage experience is preferred; weekend and holiday work is required.
