Stars and Strikes is hiring a full-time Concourse Experience Manager in Rock Hill, South Carolina, to oversee the overall operations and atmosphere of the entertainment center's concourse. The role is responsible for meeting sales goals, managing bowling, bar, and lane service, creating memorable guest experiences, resolving guest issues, maintaining cleanliness and compliance, training team members, and acting as manager on duty when needed. The position requires 1–2 years of management experience, a friendly and professional demeanor, and availability to work weekends and holidays; hospitality or food and beverage experience is preferred.
