Description
The Concrete Batcher operates automated and manual concrete batching systems, controls mix designs, manages material inventories and orders, troubleshoots equipment and mix issues, maintains production records, and supports continuous plant operations. The role requires at least three years of industrial work experience, minimal supervision, mechanical aptitude, communication and analytical skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 100 pounds and working in temperatures ranging from -25°C to 32°C.
