The Batching Plant Operator–Planner–Doser will operate a concrete batching plant, schedule orders and deliveries, manage ready-mix concrete production, coordinate truck rotations, supply raw materials, operate a wheel loader, perform initial breakdown diagnosis and maintenance, and support plant safety, quality, and coordination. The role is full-time at 40 hours per week, starts at 5:45 a.m., and pays €22.34 per hour under the Joint Committee 124 (CP 124) pay scale.
