H+L Baustoffwerke GmbH is hiring a full-time Concrete Construction / Structural Construction Skilled Worker for its Uehlfeld production site. The role manufactures and processes precast concrete elements, reads and implements formwork, rebar, and production plans, installs reinforcement and embedded parts, performs quality and dimensional checks, and follows safety and environmental regulations. The position requires practical manual skills, technical-document understanding, quality awareness, and preferably prior construction or craft experience; it offers permanent employment, onboarding, work clothing, and benefits including a Christmas bonus and e-bike leasing.
