Description
BCI Construction is hiring a Concrete Finisher to work in central Minnesota on commercial, medical, and institutional construction projects. The role forms, places, pours, and finishes concrete from footing and foundation through flatwork, collaborates with project teams and subcontractors, performs quality assurance and control, and may include light carpentry and demolition. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of commercial concrete experience, a valid driver's license, and DOT compliance; OSHA, CDL, Procore, Total Station, ACI, and ADA certifications are preferred. Compensation is $30 per hour and up depending on experience, with health, dental, vision, disability, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
