Description
The Concrete Construction Foreman plans, coordinates, and supervises concrete work crews and foremen, ensuring work follows plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. The role manages schedules, safety, quality, productivity, crew evaluations, client and superintendent relationships, and crew coaching while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. It requires at least five years of relevant construction experience for level I and six-plus years for level II, along with strong communication skills and the ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
