Concrete Finisher / Form Setter at Skillforce

Skillforce is hiring experienced Concrete Finishers / Form Setters for upcoming commercial construction projects in Green Bay, Appleton, Wisconsin Rapids, and Manitowoc, Wisconsin. The role involves setting and bracing concrete forms, measuring and laying out formwork, preparing work areas, pouring and finishing concrete, removing forms, applying curing treatments, and ensuring work meets project specifications. Candidates need at least three years of concrete finishing and/or form-setting experience, commercial construction experience is preferred, and the position offers up to $40 per hour, weekly pay, paid time off, holiday pay, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k).
