Description
SEG is hiring a Concrete Foreman to lead and direct concrete crews at customer construction sites. The role oversees daily workflow, production operations, crew performance, safety compliance, equipment use, and concrete restoration work such as demolition, patching, crack injection, epoxy coating, sealing, and caulking. The foreman must have physical stamina, manual dexterity, supervisory and communication skills, a valid driver license, and 2–5 years of experience leading a concrete crew; prior concrete restoration experience is preferred.
