Description
The Formwork Carpenter works in the Dessel production hall from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., making and assembling wood, metal, or plastic molds; installing reinforcement; helping pour and compact concrete; removing formwork; and checking finished precast elements. The role requires technical experience, teamwork, flexibility, accuracy, Dutch language ability, and independent travel to Dessel. Pay is determined by the concrete-sector joint committee and experience, with overtime paid at 150%, plus a bicycle allowance, CAO 90 bonus, referral bonus, hospitalization insurance after six months, meal vouchers, and vacation benefits.
