Description
Enterprise Precast Concrete is hiring a full-time, year-round Concrete Laborer to work under a crew leader and perform precast concrete fabrication tasks, including setting up and oiling forms, laying mesh, tying reinforcing bars and steel, setting inserts, striking off, stripping forms, and cleaning up. The role requires at least one year of concrete laborer experience, physical stamina, willingness to work in various weather conditions, a high school diploma or equivalent, and availability for 55+ hours per week. Compensation is $18 per hour and up, with medical, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days, profit sharing, overtime availability, and a 401(k) match.
