Description
The Apprentice Construction Worker assists skilled craft workers with assigned duties and performs work in other crafts at levels appropriate to training and skills. Responsibilities include using basic math, eliminating waste, following safety procedures, operating tools and equipment, maintaining crew relationships, producing high-quality work, and providing feedback. The role requires effective communication, physical ability to work in construction environments, and may require a NCCER Core Curriculum or high school diploma; one, two, or three-plus years of industrial or commercial construction experience is preferred depending on the level.
