Bechtel is hiring a Concrete Operations Manager for its Manufacturing and Technology business unit to lead large-scale industrial concrete operations for a semiconductor fab project in Clay, New York. The role oversees concrete batch plant setup and operations, production planning, placement, curing, testing, quality, safety, budget control, procurement of raw materials, and coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders while managing direct reports and interdisciplinary teams.
