Description
The Site Supervisor will take responsibility for complete concrete pavement and infrastructure projects, including roundabouts, earthworks, and new-build residential infrastructure. The role is always present at the project, manages crews, suppliers, and subcontractors, monitors quality and progress, prepares schedules and daily reports, conducts toolbox meetings and workplace inspections, coordinates handovers, and maintains contact with clients and project management. The position requires flexibility, creativity, teamwork, a Category B driving licence, and preferably a BE; compensation is based on experience, with training, holidays, and team activities offered.
