Description
The Concrete Paver Operator operates and maintains concrete pavers while pouring and finishing concrete road pavements, adjusts machine settings for width, thickness, and surface finish, checks concrete quality, coordinates with concrete plants and transport companies, performs daily maintenance and minor repairs, follows safety regulations, and reports technical faults. The role requires knowledge of hydraulics and electronics, the ability to work under pressure, and experience is an advantage.
