Description
Lodewikus Beton is hiring a Concrete Plant Operator to support daily concrete plant operations and ensure that concrete mixes are available for foundation-pile production. The role involves transporting concrete internally with forklifts and truck mixers, preparing the plant, assisting with minor maintenance and cleaning, supporting the Batch Plant Operator, and maintaining a safe and orderly work environment. The position requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, vmbo or mbo-level working ability, accuracy, safety awareness, and teamwork. Compensation is €2,720–€3,150 per month, with a year-end bonus, vacation days, pension, and training opportunities.
