The Concrete Plant Operator will produce correct concrete mixes for prestressed precast concrete elements at a plant in Lier. The role operates the installation through a process computer, monitors concrete preparation parameters, follows incoming orders, and maintains quality. It requires shift and overtime work, a valid driver's license, computer skills, teamwork, safety awareness, and the ability to learn production processes; process-environment experience is advantageous, while Bobcat, bulldozer, and forklift experience are listed as advantages.
