Remington Seeds is hiring a Conditioning Tower Operator to run tower equipment, minimize downtime, perform safety and quality checks, clean between runs, assist with preventative maintenance, and maintain a clean work area. The role requires hands-on equipment work, safety and quality awareness, independent and team work, stair and ladder comfort, and seed conditioning or maintenance experience; the schedule varies by season and includes some Saturdays.
