ICON Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to serve as the primary management representative for a condominium corporation. The role oversees building operations, financial management, budgets, contracts, compliance, resident relations, board and owner meetings, emergency procedures, and common-element safety. Candidates must hold a General License under the CMRAO, have 3–5 years of residential condominium management experience, and demonstrate strong communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
