Description
The Condominium Security Officer monitors security systems, conducts patrols, responds to incidents and emergencies, maintains security records, and supervises security staff under the Director of Security. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, security operations experience, team-supervision ability, knowledge of security systems and emergency response, and a Florida security guard license or applicable local certification. Preferred qualifications include first aid, CPR, emergency management, CCTV and access-control experience, communication and conflict-resolution skills, condominium community-management knowledge, and business-services or property-management experience.
