Description
Apollo is hiring a Conduct Manager to strengthen its conduct risk capability and embed customer outcomes, product governance, and conduct risk across the business. The role partners with underwriting, claims, delegated authority, and operational teams; supports the conduct risk framework; leads product governance, fair value, complaints, and delegated authority oversight; monitors conduct indicators; produces reporting; supports regulatory engagement; and promotes a conduct culture. Candidates should have experience in conduct risk, compliance, governance, or customer outcomes within Lloyd’s, the London Market, or the wider insurance sector, along with knowledge of Consumer Duty, product governance, fair value, complaints, and FCA and PRA expectations.
