Description
Brightline is hiring a Conductor to manage trains from Orlando or Miami and between its Florida stations, assisting locomotive engineers and ensuring safe, efficient, and on-schedule train operations. The role includes handling train movement orders, operating switches, monitoring onboard service, preparing incident reports, assisting with light cleaning, and delivering customer service. Candidates must be certified as a train Conductor under CFR Title 49, Part 242 or have at least three years of operational railroad experience, and must be available for weekends, nights, possible overtime, and on-call duty. The position may require relocation within Florida terminals and offers competitive compensation and benefits.
