SetSales is hiring a Conference Operations Manager to own the operational standards and end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually. The role covers supplier research and negotiation, event planning, venue coordination, on-site support, inventory and design quality checks, internal team support, and managing a 40-person volunteer organisation. It is an onsite Monday-to-Friday position based in London, with flexible start dates and no prior work experience required, although a UK work permit is needed.
