Description
The role manages the end-to-end operational execution of approximately 10 European private equity conferences annually for Private Equity Insights, part of United Media. Based in person at the company’s London headquarters, the position covers supplier research and negotiation, event planning and venue coordination, on-site event support, internal inventory and promotional-material quality checks, and hiring, training, and managing a 40-person volunteer organization. No prior experience is required because training is provided, but candidates must have a UK work permit and demonstrate strong ownership, communication, organization, urgency, relationship-building, and follow-through.
