Presidents Summit, part of United Media, is hiring an onsite conference operations professional in London to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually. The role covers supplier sourcing and negotiation, event and VIP function planning, venue coordination, onsite delivery, inventory and promotional-material quality checks, budget tracking, and recruiting, training, and managing 40 volunteers. No prior work experience is required because training is provided, but a UK work permit is required; the position is onsite Monday through Friday with a flexible start date.
