Description
Sinch is hiring a Configuration Analyst to configure and maintain its Zuora billing platform, including product catalogs, orders, charge models, payment gateways, invoices, credit memos, and customer communication templates. The role supports system enhancements, automation, product and brand onboarding or migration, troubleshooting, documentation, UAT, testing, compliance, and end-user training. Candidates should have experience in technical support, billing operations, or finance systems; knowledge of subscription billing, Zuora and payment platforms; familiarity with Jira or Zendesk, HTML, SQL, Excel, and reporting tools; and strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
