ADTRAV is hiring a Configuration Analyst to design, configure, customize, troubleshoot, and maintain travel-management and third-party software systems such as RezDesk, Concur, Deem, Cytric, GetThere, and Cvent. The role serves as a client-facing and organizational subject matter expert, supports implementations and configuration change requests, manages JIRA tickets and test plans, performs demos and training, and acts as a liaison between management, development, and customers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of travel-industry experience, five or more years with Concur and Sabre, two or more years with Deem, Cytric, and GetThere, and experience writing PNR Editor strings. The salary range is $70,000–$75,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, life, disability, flexible spending, 401(k), and PTO benefits.
