Description
The Configuration Control Engineer manages configuration control, product releases, product lifecycle documentation, engineering changes, and manufacturing documentation within PLM systems, including PLM-ORACLE. The role supports new product introduction from development through mass production, integrates manufacturability and testability considerations, provides PCB-related technical support, oversees First Article production, builds manufacturing files, supports subcontractors and production lines, and improves manufacturing processes. It reports to the Director of Engineering in Operations and requires electronics engineering education or equivalent practical experience, 3–7 years in a similar high-tech or defense engineering role, manufacturing and PCB assembly knowledge, PLM experience, strong technical English, and familiarity with DFM and optionally AutoCAD.
