Encode Inc is hiring an Engineer – OTR Config Mgmt, Project Structuring ST/GEN for a 12-month hybrid role paying up to $37 per hour on W2. The position manages engineering and unit bills of materials, project structures, manufacturing BOMs, PLM and ERP configuration, inquiry-to-order transitions, BOM integrity, and change-management activities for steam turbine and generator products. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, mathematics, or computer science and experience with product definition, bill-of-materials management, configuration management, scheduling, and field installation are required; PLM systems experience is desired.
