Areté is hiring a full-time, exempt, non-supervisory Configuration Management Engineer in Tucson, Arizona, to support and lead document control and configuration management across the full product lifecycle. The role maintains SAE EIA-649 and ISO 9001-aligned configuration control, manages software, drawing, and documentation releases, tracks project data, drafts engineering change notices and proposals, maintains bills of materials, and coordinates with engineering, systems integration, test, and program management teams. The position requires a Top Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, a criminal background screen, and a Department of Transportation drug test, with salary ranges of $75,000 to $140,000 depending on engineer level.
