Textron Systems is hiring a Configuration Management Manager to lead configuration management activities across multiple defense and government programs at its Wilmington, Massachusetts location. The role manages CM analysts, oversees processes and tools, and serves as the primary authority for configuration identification, baseline management, change control, status accounting, audits, technical data packages, and product lifecycle traceability. The manager will also lead cross-functional coordination, ensure compliance with AS9100D, MIL‑HDBK‑61A, EIA‑649, and other standards, and develop the CM team.
