Description
Textron Systems is hiring a Configuration Management Manager to lead configuration management activities across multiple defense and government programs at its Wilmington, Massachusetts location. The role oversees configuration identification, baseline management, change control, status accounting, audits, documentation, PLM/ERP release activities, technical data packages, CM tools, and compliance with AS9100D, MIL‑HDBK‑61A, and EIA‑649. The manager will lead and develop a CM team, partner with engineering, quality, program management, operations, supply chain, and external customers, and ensure contractual delivery requirements are met. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar applicable degree, at least 10 years of configuration management leadership experience, and the ability to obtain or maintain a government security clearance are required.
