Description
The Configuration Management Process Owner owns and governs the Configuration Management practice, including CMDB governance, data quality, compliance, reporting, process improvement, and integration with IT service management and related practices. The role works across service delivery, platform, architecture, security, and customer teams, requires substantial IT service management and configuration management experience, and offers hybrid working, a cafeteria allowance, home-office allowance, and private health insurance after six months of tenure.
