9th Way Insignia is recruiting an Engineer, 3, Configuration Management and Documentation Specialist/Tech Writer to support federal cybersecurity customers. The role combines technical documentation, configuration management, change management, knowledge management, CMDB and artifact-library administration, and ITIL-based lifecycle support for cybersecurity architecture, security engineering, operations, modernization, and program management. The specialist will maintain accurate, auditable, version-controlled records, coordinate with technical and Government stakeholders, support change-control activities, and ensure documentation meets accessibility and security requirements. The position requires at least five years of IT experience, including three years in configuration management or technical editing, and offers a salary range of $98,135.18 to $125,000 USD, with possible up to two onsite travel visits per year.
