Description
The Configuration Management Specialist will support NATO Communications and Information Agency projects by maintaining configuration management databases, enforcing configuration identification, baselining, change control, status accounting, audits, and reporting, and coordinating configuration items across project teams, PMOs, technical leads, and suppliers. The role requires recognized configuration-management certification or equivalent experience, strong Microsoft Excel and attention-to-detail skills, knowledge of server and network infrastructure, and familiarity with tools such as Patch Manager, ServiceNow, Jira, and SharePoint. It is based in Braine L’Alleud, Belgium, with a hybrid 50% onsite/50% off-site policy and scheduled travel to other NATO locations.
