Thomas Global Systems is hiring a mid-level Configuration Manager to support engineering and project-level change management across aviation and defence electronics programs. The role is based on-site at the Sydney Olympic Park office with one remote day per week and involves managing configuration items, change control processes, baselines, CCBs, technical and production impacts, and compliance with standards and regulatory obligations. Candidates should have at least two years of configuration or engineering change management experience, defence or regulated-industry experience, ASDEFCON familiarity, NV1 security clearance, Australian citizenship, and experience with CM tools.
