CDW is hiring a Configuration Supervisor to lead day-to-day shift operations in its Configuration department, which prepares customer devices for plug-and-play use through asset tagging, enrolment, retail configuration, and datacentre deployments. The role manages resourcing, KPIs, SLAs, team performance, recruitment, health and safety, and continuous improvement, with no technical configuration experience required but a technology interest and willingness to learn advantageous. The position is onsite in Rugby, runs from 13:45 to 22:15 Monday to Friday, and requires three years of leadership or management experience in supply chain, warehouse, or operational environments.
