Description
The Conflicts Analyst supports Dentons’ new business intake by reviewing client and matter information, conducting internal and external conflicts checks, investigating corporate structures and management profiles, identifying legal, commercial, sanctions, and reputational conflicts, coordinating clearances across Dentons offices, completing onboarding and monitoring refreshes, and maintaining records and information barriers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least one year of experience performing conflict-of-interest, risk, and compliance reviews in an international law firm, English fluency at C1 or higher, and strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
