Dentons is hiring a Conflicts Analyst to assess new client and business requests for conflicts and professional-regulation risks. The role reviews intake information, conducts internal and external conflicts checks, investigates corporate structures and management profiles, escalates potential conflicts, coordinates clearances across Dentons offices, supports new-client onboarding and ongoing monitoring, reviews engagement and confidentiality materials, maintains records, and applies regional and global compliance frameworks. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least one year of conflict-of-interest, risk, and compliance review experience in an international law firm, English fluency at C1 or higher, and strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
