Description
The Conflicts Analyst supports Dentons’ new business intake by reviewing client and matter information, conducting internal and external conflicts checks, investigating corporate structures and management profiles, identifying legal, commercial, sanctions, and reputational conflicts, coordinating clearances across Europe and globally, and completing onboarding or monitoring refreshes for non-AML mandates. The role also involves reviewing engagement letters and confidentiality terms, maintaining records, applying information barriers, and supporting regional and global compliance frameworks. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, at least one year of experience performing conflict-of-interest, risk, and compliance reviews in an international law firm, English fluency, and strong research and communication skills are required.
