Description
The Conflicts Attorney supports a global law firm’s risk management and professional responsibility functions by analyzing complex conflicts of interest, advising lawyers and business professionals, evaluating conflicts reports and due diligence, drafting conflict-related documentation, implementing ethical screens, and providing training and guidance. The role requires a Juris Doctor, admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and at least three years of experience in conflicts, new business intake, professional responsibility, risk management, or a related legal function. The position is exempt and pays $175,000 to $215,000.
