Description
The Conformal Coating Operator will set up, operate, and monitor automated and semi-automated conformal coating equipment to apply protective coatings to printed circuit boards and PCBA assemblies. The role includes loading and unloading boards, adjusting machine parameters, inspecting coating quality, handling masking and board preparation, refilling materials, performing basic maintenance, completing production documentation, and following IPC, ESD, chemical-safety, and environmental procedures. The position is an 8-hour Monday–Friday shift with overtime and weekend availability as needed, pays $20–$24 USD, and includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and company holidays.
