Description
The Conformal Coating Operator operates, monitors, and supports automated and semi-automated equipment that applies protective coatings to printed circuit boards and PCBA assemblies. The role includes loading and unloading boards, setting machine parameters, inspecting coating quality, applying and removing masking, handling materials and chemicals, completing production documentation, and following IPC, ESD, chemical-safety, and environmental procedures. The position is an 8-hour Monday–Friday shift with overtime and weekend availability as needed, pays $20–$24 USD, and includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and company holidays.
