Description
Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Commis Chef to support the smooth operation of the kitchen department and contribute to the guest dining experience across the hotel. The role involves completing assigned culinary duties, collaborating with the immediate report, controlling costs and inventory, meeting productivity and performance targets, maintaining effective working relationships, and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and audit requirements. Prior kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential; the position requires a hands-on approach, strong hospitality service orientation, creativity, ownership, integrity, and the ability to work in an environment demanding excellence.
