Description
The ConnectALL Deployment Manager will coordinate and manage contractor resources for the Excelsior Broadband Network, a statewide fiber deployment. The role schedules and drives multiple vendors, facilitates access to collocation facilities along the New York State Thruway, coordinates with collocation providers and state agencies, plans installation schedules, monitors field activities, documents site conditions, and escalates risks and access barriers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree preferred, 4–5 years of relevant outside-plant fiber, field operations, logistics, or vendor-management experience, travel throughout New York, a driver’s license, and familiarity with broadband infrastructure, permitting, and project-management tools.
