Description
Hennepin Healthcare is hiring a remote Connection Advisor Intermediate for its high-volume Connection Center. The role handles inbound patient calls, complex appointment scheduling, cancellations and rescheduling, patient registration, demographic and insurance verification, payment processing, issue resolution, call escalation, and mentoring of newer advisors. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with remote work limited to applicants within 100 miles of the downtown campus and one week of on-campus training.
