The Kensington White Plains is hiring a Connections Program Manager to lead specialized programming for residents experiencing early-stage cognitive change. The role develops cognitive, therapeutic, social, wellness, and purposeful activities; builds relationships with residents and families; completes assessments and documentation; supports interdisciplinary care planning; coaches team members; and participates in dementia education and training. The position is full-time, scheduled Sunday through Thursday, and pays $85,000-$95,000.
